“When design reaches a certain threshold of simplicity it changes our relationship to it. It’s not clear how this works, as it doesn’t happen very often, but at some point we start thinking about what we’re doing differently. The design we’re using fades away, our experience improves dramatically, and the activity we’re doing becomes primary. This is as it should be.”
